1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Justmine website or Minecraft server, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Server Conduct Rules

• No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized mods
• No griefing, harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
• Respect other players and staff
• No illegal or inappropriate content

3. Donations and Patron Status

Donations are 100% optional and non-refundable. Donors may receive “Patron” status on the Minecraft and Discord servers, which may include perks such as:

• Cosmetic titles or tags
• Aesthetic features or minor quality-of-life improvements
• Exclusive Discord roles or channel access

These perks do not provide competitive advantage and may be adjusted or revoked at our discretion.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions taken using your account. Keep your login credentials secure.

5. Content and Ownership

We reserve the right to use in-game creations, screenshots, or builds in promotional content unless you request otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for server outages, data loss, bans, or third-party service issues. Use our services at your own risk.

7. Modifications

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies agreement to the updated terms.

8. Server Hosting Location

The Justmine Minecraft server is hosted by third-party providers in Germany. You consent to this data location by using the service.
